Ericsson is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and services to mobile and fixed network operators. Over 1,000 networks in more than 180 countries use their network equipment, and more than 40 percent of the world's mobile traffic passes through Ericsson networks.

In mid-2012, Ericsson made the strategic decision to alter their in-country structure. Rygon, with a drive to be flexible and accommodating to our clients, opened a 100% compliant local entity into which Ericsson transferred all local staff, who now benefit from all of Rygon's services.

This successfully reduced Ericssons on-balance sheet liability, whilst ensuring the resources themselves faced no disruption to their working environment and happiness. This was a service no other provider to Ericsson could deliver especially in such a short timescale (less than four months from conception, during Ramadan).
