Rygon Corp is looking for a Buyer to work with one of the worlds most leading defence company in Riyadh KSA.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

1. To source, price and procure locally supplied items in accordance with laid down policies and
procedures.

2. To procure items on the basis of the priority indicated, or in the case of routine Demands for Stores,
ensure that the oldest outstanding Demands for Stores are cleared first, maximising the local business
working hours.

3. To advise the SC/M any Demands that cannot be procured locally and to determine the necessary action
to be taken.

4. To ensure that progress records are maintained and information fed into the computer on a weekly basis.


5. To maintain accurate accounts of monetary transactions and prepare a weekly cash report with relevant
documentation reflecting the current status of the float.

6. To ensure that all Local Purchase Requests (LPR) are subject to Suppliers Quotations before authority
to purchase is given.

7. Be prepared to work at any of the SANGCOM Site Locations within the Kingdom, as and when the
requirements of the Project demand.

8. To carry out any other duties relating to Project as required by the SC/M.

9. Be included on the " Duty Rota" and respond as required, in order to provide Stores Support outside.

Recruitment specification (knowledge & experience)

1. A good working Knowledge of written and spoken English. A knowledge of technical terms and
abbreviations is desirable.

2. Previous experience in a similar computerised Stores environment is essential.

3. Must have a working knowledge of the operation of an IBM PC and of MS-DOS.

4. Previous clerical and/or Administration/Accounts experience is desirable.

5. Driving licence from country of origin.

Requirements

The role
Provide technical proficiency in associated areas including:
• Experience managing all sites maintenance activities related to the mechanical/ electrical services in accordance with vendor scope, quality, and within project budget
• Experience in comprehensive planning and seamless coordination for all aspects of resourceful electromechanical activities
• Set objectives, structure, organize and plan for site maintenance activities
• Ability to develop, review and improve working methods, processes and procedures
• Asses, manage and monitor service providers for service delivery quality

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for SAP Supply Chain Reporting and Tool accuracy
Is responsible to ensure that the Supply Plan is aligned on primary Demand.

Loads and maintain sales orders into SAP. Update scheduling from Demand Plan as needed.
Initiates purchase requisitions, or confirms Purchase Requisition proposal when MRP functionality is en-abled.
